Scheduling process
Choose a time that fits your schedule using the booking tool. Available slots are shown in your local time.
Appointments are typically 30–60 minutes depending on the service. If you need a different length, please indicate that when you book.
After you select a time, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the appointment details and any follow-up instructions.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to book the slot.
Before your appointment
Gather any relevant documents, account details, or questions you want to cover. This helps us use the session time efficiently.
For virtual meetings, test your internet connection, camera, and microphone beforehand.
If the meeting requires sensitive information, confirm the secure method we’ll use to share it (secure portal, encrypted email, or in-session secure screen sharing).
If you have accessibility needs or require a specific format, let us know when booking so we can accommodate you.

Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Describe what is required of the client prior to their appointment arrival, such as coming in with no makeup, or arriving at the appointment 15 minutes early.
Cancellation policies
Acuity Scheduling can help limit no-show cancellations. Set up a cancellation policy, and have your clients agree to it when they book.
Payment policies
Describe important details like deposit information, fees surrounding no-shows, cancelations or late arrivals, or accepted payment methods.
